16 court dates against a three time felon / ex-con regarding the second gauntlet through the Family Courts of Las Vegas

I have been raising my daughter by myself since 2001 since her mother was arrested for:
a. Posession of meth
b. Manufacturing meth
c. Distribution of meth
d. Child Endangerment / substantiated by CPS and recomended no further visitation with the mother unntil further notice from the courts.

Since that time the mother was arrested several times for various assault charges with deadly weapons, DUI's, posession of controlled substances, sales and distribution of controlled substances, 73 counts of credit card fraud, stolen mail, stolen social security checks, insufficient funds checks, ex-felon posession of a firearm... Etc.

In February she convinced her old attorney Douglas Crawford, ESQ to take this custody, support and visitation case back into court to reverse the custody, visitation and child support that I was awarded back in June.

Instead of the lawyers and the judge at that time simply asking for a sociaologist to compile a drug assessment and begin a court controlled visitation process to monitor the visits between my 9 year old daughter and her mother until the decision could be determined responsibly... The courts and lawyers had continuosly played with my emotions draining me of tens of thousands of dollars through a wide range of reasons why we had to continuosly return to court for reasons which they considerred to be safeguards for my daughter and myself.

Give me a break! We are not talking about a person that either side of the lawyers in this case would have ever granterd unsupervised visitation or even supervised visitations due to the "con-artist" expertise with which Dawn Makaroplos has polished over the years.

All of the parties within the court system of the Family Courts of Las Vegas, Nevada and the lawyers from both sides of the room were well aware of the manipulations by the judges and attorneys in this case to extract all of the possible money from me that they could.

After going to the Bar Association of the State of Nevada their findings were that there wasn't any evidence of gross misconduct by Mr. Leyland Lutfy and that as far as they were concerned this case is closed.

I did some further searching and discoverred that Mr. Leyland Lutfy sits at the Bar regular briefings and for that very reason the Bar Association should have declined to view the complaint and refer it to a higher court for ruling.

As for the Family Court judges that sat on this case, I will be filing a separate report relative to who they are and how many of the court dates they were present for.

I asked Mr. Leyland Lutfy to obtain Dawn Makaroplos' police report and request her medical records from her pain medication doctor back in May. His answer was to wait for the courts to ask for this information.

16 months later this case was still in court draining me of money and while Dawn Makaroplos got onto a plane using her mothers' name to go to Chicago for Labor Day, her and my sister had met for the Labor Day holiday but three days before this had happenned in Dawn Makaroplos' home where Dawn was staying for the week without the permission from her parole officer:
Dawn Makaroplos had arrived in Chicago's Midway Airport on the Wednesday before the Labor Day of 2007. Her cousin DeDe Montana picked her up and off they went. The following day the two women had gone out and done some drugs or had taken some of the pain medication that Dawn had gotten onto the plane with her and at approximately 5:15 am on the Friday morning before Labor Day DeDe was found dead on the bathroom floor at Dawns' mothers' home on the south side of Chicago.
On Labor Day my sister had gotten a ride to Dawns' mothers' home and had brought her laundry with to wash while she would spend the day there. She had arrived at approximately 10:30 am on Labor Day 2007. Approximately 45 minutes later she had said that she needed to lay down that she was not feeling well. Dawn and her mother showed her to a bedroom where she began to show signs of being unresponsive. This was happenning by 11:30 am that same day.
By 12:30 my sister had been completely unresponsive and Dawn and her mother still had not called 911 in an effort to save my sister from dying that day.
For the next 6 hours Dawn and her mother had packed my sisters' body with cold wet towels and ice instead of calling the paramedics.By 3:15 the next morning the mother and Dawn decided to call the 911 emergency line to report another death in the home.

Jerry Montana who is the brother of the mother of Dawn Makaroplos, was a retired Chicago Policeman that had served the Chicago Police Dept for 23 years before moving to Las Vegas. His other brother Chris Montana was a security superviser for the Desert Inn Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in the 1950's and 60's.

The detective on this case of the two deaths at the same home within the 3 day period is Mr. Posluzny from the south side of Chicago. He has determined the deaths both accidental... Yeah right!
