Cruel and unusual punishment

Wanted my Husband to make daily trips to probation office, when in fact his visits were court ordered for monthly visits only. I feel it is Cruel and unusual punishment. As our economy being in chaos, lost employment, No employment and Financial depression on the horizion. With his visits being already with monthly court ordered visits. She wanted
him to make daily trips to her office to see if he is actually looking for work or to see his work log. With gas at $4.00 a gallon and living on what I His
wife (Kasandra Bell) earns. She was taking advantaged of my Husband and our finances or lack of.

I think that this is totally wrong to use somebody
that was and is actually trying to find work and there were no jobs to be found as we just experienced the city of Lakeland just layed off 137 workers just recently. My husband is NOT lazy at all and truly wants to take care of his family (Wife and Son). Linda R. Wells does not follow the law at all.
