Door to Door Magazine Scam to Help College Student Amber Ann Ackerly

I can't believe I came online to google the company name to find a phone number to only find that I am NOT the only person who was scammed by these people. THis is a complete disgrace, just like many others, on January 21 I had a knock on my door, my husband answered and found it was a college age girl, Amber Ann Ackerly, saying she was trying to raise money for college, since my husband and I have 6 children we decided it was best to help her out, we bought a magazine subscription for our children "Jack and Jill" we gave her $62.00 and was told it would take a couple months to receive it, it is now July 9 and we have yet to receive anything, I wrote to the company and received nothing back. I have contacted my local news media and still have yet to hear anything from them as well. This company or whoever is behind this scam is making tons of money off of hard working families like myself. I will continue to do what I can to find out who these people are and where the heck is my money or magazine!!!
