Unconstitutional Seizure Of Child, Denial Of Due Process, Denial Of Rights, Facist Organization Bordering On SS Standards

My girlfriend's child was seized by Louisiana Child Protective Services last year. She has never had a chance to question the persons that reported her in a court of law. Her daughter was immediately placed in Foster Care with a woman that was allowed to push upon my girlfriend's daughter the Foster Parent's religious beliefs. This has made my girlfriend very depressed as CPS has forced her to "jump through hoops" to achieve the reunification which she had hoped for which has now gone "up in smoke" as the date approaches for the court case in which they have made it known that her daughter will be put up for adoption.

The way I see it, CPS has violated the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. I have read a lot about this subject for a while now, and, it appears to me that LACPS considers itself "above the law" in that LACPS has the ability to get Judges in it's pockets that allow warrants to issue without proper investigation. As a matter of fact, there was never any concrete proof of the alligations brought against my girlfriend. She was never given proper legal councel. She has not been given the opportunity to question her accusers.
