Sutter County Sheriff Sergeant David Whiteaker Responsible For Son's Death & Captain David Samson Harasses Me

To make a long story short, Kenneth Helzer's mother, Laurie Santos, a correctional officer with the Sutter County Jail, a job that's equal to being a security guard, informed me that someone in the Sheriff's Office was investigating me. For what? Don't know. I contacted the Sheriff's Office and tried to find out why? I contacted over 12 deputies, detectives (ect), and no one responded. Then I found out that a deputy contacted my police sgt brother. Apparently they were checking to see if I was a credible business man who was attempting to work on a project in the area.

I later filed a complaint against the deputy and Laurie Santos. Several weeks went by until I finally was contacted by Lt James Casner. Based on what Laurie Santos told me, I began to question why Lt Casner was contacting me. Did he really want to help me with my complaint or did he want to continue investigating me? Lt Casner claimed to want to help me, but I later found out that was a lie. I sent an e-mail to Lt Casner stating that I was willing to forgive and forget, and I was also willing to drop my complaints. I then received an e-mail from Captain David Samson, which he sent to me by mistake, the e-mail was meant for Lt Casner. Captain Samson stated to Lt Casner "... We need to turn the heat up on this guy..."

I then knew something wasn't right. I felt threatened and harassed by Captain Samson's e-mail. I was never charged with any crime because I commited no crime. It was all caused by this jerk Laurie Santos and her BS. I asked for an apology. Captain Samson never apologized.

On a sad note, a few months later, one of the deputies I originally tried to contact, but he never contacted me back, lost his son. 3 year old Tyler Whiteaker was killed when his father, Sergeant David Whiteaker, left his loaded weapon unattended long enough for Tyler to grab the gun and blow his brains out. Hey Tyler, you're in God's country now. Rest in peace. Your father can no longer hurt you. The above is my opinion and recollection of the events that happened.
