Vague collection notice from a company I know nothing about to my work address

I received a final notice debt collection for $36.92 from Bottom Line Power Aging - a company I never ordered anything from. This notice was sent to my work address but addressed incorrectly.

I called the number, got only an automated response, and clicked #3 at the end which is supposed to signify that I never received goods/services from Bottom Line.

Well, I wonder how many people just pay their bill thinking they forgot to pay something???
