Brighton Place Apartments
LIving in an umhealthy apartment, ROBBED, and antagonized

I have paperwork supporting the fact that this complex is hazardous. All of the units on this property contain hot water heaters that are improperly installed. I was informed by a South West Gas employee that came out that no one should be using hot water and that the gas comeing from the heater is deadly. So without venalation no one should be in the presents of the heater without proper venalation. The employee stated that if a person fell asleep the chances of them waking up was slim to none.

Then on the 17th of January. The manager of the apartments stated that they seen some one enter my apartment with a key. The stated that someone was seen fightin in the residence where they then broke my front window. Because they suspected that I knew the person who entered my apartment they told me I have to pay for the broken window. Not one time did they try to contact me at my emergency contact number neither did they contact the police. They previously attatched flyers that were incorrectly spelled stating that on November 12 someone tried to open the door of an apartment with a key from the residence. They stated that the suspect was a man, 35 years of age. Months later on March 31 they handed out a flyer that stated on Saturday between 8:00p. M and 10:00P.M. Someone opened the door of a residence and entered an apartment. Not one time did they hand out a flyer stating that on January 17 someon was seen entering an apartment with a key and were seen fighting in the residence. So I have no choice left but to feel scammed. It took them 3 weeks to change the locks on my residence. Upon entering my apartment this "annonymous suspect" stole my RCA surround sound system. Not only that another "annonymous suspect" broke into my mail box having access to all my personal information and situations. Once informed they did nothing to prevent this from happening. With that beeing said they did nothing to prevent ther overflow of my toilet and bath tub. It took them five months to fix the situation.

They constantky watch my apartment from their office. They have harrassed my guest constantly and set up curfues for them witch is after 10P.M. HOw does an adult have a curfue when they are getting ready to leave for work at 11P.M. Not only do they not prevent crimes in our neighborhood they also are very rude to my guests. I do not recommend this a place for anyone to live it is not a safe healthy environment for anyone. Especially anyone who is at a High Risk Pregnency like me. I DO NOT feel safe at these apartments and you wouldn't either.
