Theft lost returned

I moved here six months ago and have had some very serious issues with receiving my mail. My mail is coming up missing, being returned, and stolen. Credit cards that someone has tried to activate using incorrect information. Finding my mail on the floor in lobby and on stairs opened and disgarded. I have repeatedly gone to management about these issues and nothing is being done. The issues remain and management is not being cooperative.

It would be beneficial to install security mail boxes that is serviced by postal workers and not left in the hands of thieves. Giving each tenant a box key and number.

I have contacted the local post office regarding this matter and have been sent to place after place not getting anywhere. I would like emmediate results because if I'm having these issues with receiving my mail then other tenants are as well. The majority of tenants living here are disabled therefor requires emmediate response.
