Totally Misleading, Ripoff, Don't get Tricked

I don't know how they got my cell phone #, but I was contacted by this outfit.

The woman who called had a heavy accent but talked slow and deliberately when she told me that she was gong to send to me a CD that contained information on receiving grant money. All I would have to pay was shipping and handling of $3.87.

She asked me for my address and after I gave it to her she began talking very rapidly. That I would have 10 days to review the materials and the website that the CD would lead me to before I would be billed for further charges was about all I understood her to say.

Well, about 2 weeks later I received the CD in the mail mid week, and being too busy I decided to view the CD during the coming weekend.

That weekend I got on the internet and first checked my bank account. I found that Emmediate Grants had already charged my account $49.95

I called them up immediately and told them that I wanted the charge reversed.
The man on the phone line told me that there was no way that he was going to refund the money and they had me on a recording agreeing to the charge.

I called my bank up and reported the fraud they had perpetrated on me and he told me to send the CD back to them and then file a fraud claim.

I have since found that they do not publish a physical address, either on the CD that they sent me or on their internet site. Where their Terms and Conditions
state their address for redress purposes they had simply left it blank.

I'm hoping that the USPS can help me as they were operating with a numbered postage permit, so that I can mail iot back registered. If this does no9t work I guess I am screwed.

Don't get caught up in this type of scheme like I have!
