Falsified reports

DCF CPI admitted under oath that he never interviewed me and that I never made a statement even though the DCF report used against me has entries of statements that I was suppose to have made. They never have updated the report. The report states I have a prior case but never have.

They fall to acknowledge that I passed a polygraph. They fall to acknowledge the child psychologist said nothing bad is being reported by the child. They fail to acknowledge the CPI admitted a proper investigation was not preformed. They fall to acknowledge that the person that called hot-line admitted in court she never seen any abuse, only heard of it. They fall to acknowledge the person she heard of abuse from admitted in court they never seen any abuse. They fail to acknowledge the CPI interview was on video and the video dont match the report.

Why dont they update the report with the latest greatest information, the truth? Why do they insist on sending me to programs that have been falsely informed? Why must I carry proof that their information is wrong to these programs? Because the allegations are false why must I complete this case plain?

Why can their attorney getaway with telling me that it dont matter if Im innocent because someone called the hot-line I should never see my children again?
