I was using US Immigration Organization online service to Filing My US Citizenship application Form n-400. It charged my $680.00. It eventually (After two weeks) sent me back a lower quality n-400 Form, which has not readable information and certain not format well information. If I just submit the Form to USCIS agency, I am sure my case will be rejected because of the bad quality n-400 Form that came from the US Immigration Organization online service. I did try to call their customer service phone, it never have people to answer the call. I send email to complain with the bad quality Form page. They do not like to take my complain. Other than that, they are trying to teach me a lesson on this case.

Since the time schedule factor, I got to filing online and print the n-400 Form from USCIS web site, which is free, and submit the application in a time manner.

The purpose I put this scam report is to let more people know how bad the service quality and product quality they offer to customers.
We have free resource on the http://www.uscis. Gov / site. Do not trust them and use their service any more.
