One more hoa that takes your money and does nothing ripoff

Kachina management is about the most worthless management group you could have. I have lived at one of the properties for the last 4 years and i pay 183 dollars to them each month. They make empty promises they do not return calls.

They really only seem to want the money and that is about it. I am considering a lawsuit against them to reclaim my fees for the last four years. Hoa companies lost a huge lawsuit in the 90's and they really do not have the power they used to.

People ripped off by them should get together and report them to the Attorney Generals's office. If people sit idle and do nothing these people will continue to rake in huge profit's and let the investments we made go down the toliet. Let's see 183 x 4 years 8748.00 that is good reason for me to want them to do the job i pay for.
So if you live in onw of the area's they manage speak up that is the only way they will be stopped.
