City Of Oceanside, California The city seeks revenge on disabled Army soldier 8 tickets after complaint ripoff

A couple months ago I complained to the city about my daughters red light camera ticket.

I accept that my daughter violated the law, but my beef is that the private company that issued the ticket, sent it to my underage daughter.instead of me. My daughter was scared and did not tell me.

The ticket went to warrant and the fine was $750. I complained directly to the City and the private company Redflex Traffic. Since I have complained, the City has issued me 8 tickets at my property. I have lived in the City for 20 years and have never had a problem. I live in a cul-de-sac way up on a hill away from the main steets and I see a OPD Patrol Car maybe once every few years. My tickets are for parking over the side walk. Usually by 6 in. Or less. The cars that I have are registered to me but belong to my daughters My last ticket was given July 4th at 6:30 AM. Now who would believe that any parking officer would be working during that time. Oceanside has areas that are crime ridden and full of illegal aliens from Mexico and they seem to do what they want.

Junk cars, no insurance, stolen Id's, private un-licensed taxi's.

But they find it more important to give me tickets.

The City knows that I am a disabled Army Soldier, injured preparing to go to Iraq and that I am unable to pay these fines. Yet I am being punished over and over. I know, I tell my Daughters to park legal, but they do not listen to me. The other neighbors do not get tickets when they park on the sidewalk.
