Kent Sommers of Pike wood manor is up to it again. Because no one wants to live in his park he has some how justified that when people want to move out of his park you now have to pay him 2,500 dollars for your trailer so that he can dump the trailer, claiming that its costing him more to junk the trailers than what he gets back for the scrap. If you live in his park and you have pets, BEWARE!!! It has been a well known fact that kent has had his coworkers "invent" a gas chamber type box, so that if any animals (cats, ratcoons, ect..) were caught they were to be put in this box and killed by the fumes of a tail pipe that the box was hooked to. Cats were even reportedly shot by a BB gun. Kent now claims that all animals caught in cages are put behind the shop garage and taken by a animal control person. However rumors still float around that they still use the box. Kent is a rude bussiness person man, if really want to live a trailer home, your better off going somewhere else.
