Lost 40kg parcel after it has reached the hub in Ohio Ripoff Charlotte North Carolina

First Dhl lost a small parcel, I let it go.

Now 2nd time they "mysteriously" lose a 40kg parcel coming from England to Charlotte, North Carolina.

It contained all my formal clothes, shoes bags etc. When enquired as to the delay in delivery. I was told that the parcel was at their hubb in Ohio, and they couldn't locate the final destination. Charlotte is not a small village.

Then suddenly they had lost it, which to me is convenient for the employees to help themselves to my nearly new clothes and other items.

I know this occurs because my brother did some temp work for them in England, where he observed games being played by employees handling parcels. Games like "who can lose the most parcels before getting caught"
