Brown Properties has just taken control of the Associations dues, and guess what? They have raised the due amounts.

Now less is getting done for more in Cherryhill Gardens in Canton, Mi. Jeff Brown and his employess like Cindy Wilcox are some of the worst customer friendly people I have ever met. They are extremely rude and your satisfaction is not important top them at all.

Sending e-mails and calling the HOA property management phone service is pointless because it goes right to a voice system where nobody calls you back. When you do call they usually lie or rebutle with "I was just getting back to you" in their rudest tone.

All those seeking for a place to live, avoid Brown Properties. They are not for you. I would not recommend them to anyone. So please stay clear of Welsey Gardens, Cherryhill Gardens or any of Jeff Browns communities.
