Ripoff Deceptive sales nondisclosures unethical business practices

The sales people for this company gave me false information at the time of the sale. The failed to disclose to me the account would be reported immediatly to the credit bureaus as a credit account which affected my credit score negativly. Then when I went to cancel the account they wanted half to close the account, sales people said that I could cancel at any time. All they are is religious CD's & DVD's. They have caused me & several other unsespecting family's untold greif, with the way they practis business.
