Our only fund raiser for our non profit organization and he's ripped us off. We can't afford this! Mardi Gras parades are fund raisers for lots of local activities. Example; we have built concrete bleachers for our high school, give Thanksgiving and Chrismas baskets to the needy every year, Support our local Little League with proterty to play on each year, etc... And have for over 45 years and I don't think we've ever had anyone so blatantly steal from us before.
