Hello i am tina and i am so angry because my sister is not able to defend herself as people whom are not disabeled can a medical record tech worker her name is jessica duck has had all my sisters medical records distroyed and her named ditroyed and changed persinal imfo on her record which made it very hard to solve. I recieved a call from mrs jan liss at the publik welfare office saying that jessica duck has claimed to be the head of house hold my sister dont know a jessica duck but my sister new of mrs duck working at a office were she made a complaint about abuse well because of jessica duck doing very disterbing things to my sister my sister is now at risk for possibule death because her medical records were all distroyed and now electronicly done and makes my sisters doctors visits very disruptive.
