Aka LA MTA MTA spamming paying riders with loud obnoxious TV commercials

The "Rapid Transit District" or RTD of Los Angeles County, which has changed its name to MTA or L.A. Metropolitan Transit Authority in a failed attempt to make its mediocre services sound fancier and of higher quality to its riders has as of late decided to allow a third party to install TV screens with LOUD speakers in their buses to further annoy, distract, harrass, and molest its PAYING riders AND bus drivers.

This new policy is even in violation of its own policy of disallowing riders' radios to be blaring throughout the bus, as it at minimum, causes a distraction to bus drivers and puts everyone in the bus at risk of an "accident."

Additionally, riders are forced to endure commercials on these TV screens on which the volume is turned up during said commercials in an attempt to harrass already paying riders into buying whatever products or services are being sold.

The RTD's buses are ALREADY noisy enough as they are and they are adding insult to injury by not only charging us TAXPAYERS via grants from the U.S. Federal Government for monies to construct this bus system and additionally collecting exhorbitant fares.

If this is not yet EXPLICITLY illegal, it should be MADE illegal so that Los Angeles County administrators and politicians are DISALLOWED from further SCHEISTING disadvantaged, tired, and weary riders through the further collection of indirect taxes by allowing these hideous and loud boxes to be placed in OUR buses for a fee more than likely collected from the third party company which is granted the space on OUR buses for its machines.
