Junk Property Flipping Seller - Sells garbage property as livable!

I purchased this home back in May off eBay item #4380064010. I took a family vacation and saw the home for the first time in mid July. I found it not to be as described. This home needs a lot of work to become what I would term a "nice" home, its not nice in my opinion.

There are a lot of major repairs needed, and living so far away, I don't have the time to do it. The roof leaks and has caused cracks in the walls where they meet up with the roof. The walls are shifting, door frames are crooked. It not only needs painting on the interior, but exterior as well. The yards needs cleanup. The garage door is broken and needs to be replaced. I was expecting a house that needed interior paint, new carpeting, remodel the kitchen and bath-but it needs much more than just that.

I don't feel its livable or rentable in its current state of deteriation. This home cannot be moved into without a lot of work, and I feel I was misled about the condition. Seller says she is the victim in the deal... Huh??? I'm the one who bought the dilapidated thing. She still claims it as a nice home. I couldn't live it, why would I expect anyone else to without a lot of work. She ripped me off on a piece a property.
