Maintenance break-ins, unsafe living condition health conditions

I moved in at the club at campcreek on the 5th of feb. 2005. On the 7th, the maintenance came in and repair a window in my sons room. The next day my apartment was vandalise with know force in entry. The management never came nor did they changed the lock.in less than 6 months they have had over 100 break in and a three new management teams.

The housing inspector needs to come in and comdemn half the unit on my street. They don't fix nor clean anything there. We're paying for amenities we don't have like a gated fence and tennis court that's a joke.

I want to get out of my lease with paying for the rest of the year, to a safe and cleaner place. I've called the office in miami over five times and they never return your calls. I also have pictures that are so bad you wouldn't believe it. Please help me
