Apartments deposits, no return

Assistant property management manager Brandi Saaveda of the vista del lago aprtments in mission viejo, ca unlawfully kept our deposit claiming damage to the apartment was above and beyond normal wear and tear in which we lived in for 2 years. She falsely distorted information on our move out documentation in order to keep funds. This company has had over 14 complaints on them in the last 3 years. Everything I have is well documented with pictures, signed affidavits and video proof of that their allegations are completely false.
