Ripoff, stealing money for bogus child support that was paid 11 yrs ago

I am married to Diana Masters ex-husband and have been married to him for 24 yrs. His son is 29 yrs old and we payed his child support to Diana Masters until he was 18, even though he quit school and moved out at 17. Now she has filed with the Friend of the Court that we never payed. They take half my income tax every year for the past 8 yrs. I live in Louisiana a community property state. Diana Masters is a lousy excuse of a human being. She and her husband Dave Masters have vowed to make my husband pay until the day he dies.

I am sick and tired of this. Just recently she had the courts freeze my bank account trying to steal the money from it. I have nothing to do with this woman and I sure didnt get her pregnant since i am the wrong gender. I never knew nothing of their child support agreement, if i did I would have never sent the payments to Diana Masters. I would have sent them to Friend of the Court. But she said it wouldnt matter.

I payed that woman $160 a month for 13 yrs, and now she and the courts are saying we owe her $43,000.00 they are trying to charge us interest and penelties on something that was paid up 11 yrs ago. We were married 16 yrs before they started taking our income tax, but I make them mad every yr when i get half back. Me nor my husband owe them anything. I have never lived in Michigan. My husband and I have lived most our married life in the city and state i grew up in (Louisiana). I hope you can help stop this insanity. We are poor people just trying to live our lives in peace.
