Holding Non-sexual Non-violent felony records for life RIPOFF Virginia

I, like thousands of other [now law abiding citizens] have to live sub-standard lives because the "rich and never caught doing their crap" have kept the law that keeps rediculous felony offenses on our records *note I said "rediculous"* thus keeping in the back of our minds "maybe I should just go ballistic" because I can't get a lot of things I need to build a solid life for myself, might as well go back and start being a *REAL* "sh*head" Who's sick of being called a criminal or "x-convict" because they got caught doing something stupid when they were a kid?

Now almost 20 years later, Now that I really am capable of being dangerous, why would "our" government want to keep beating a dead horse? HERE'S WHERE I AM RIPPD OFF! I can't get a pawnbroker license, not to mention any professional license like insurance or anastesiologist's license, can't go into the military, can't get a friggin' apartment among a slew of other things.

IT'S NOT FAIR I have paid my debt to society YEARS ago!

Let me explain where MY felony came from. I had a passenger in my car whom the police were tracking and on that particular day decided to apprehend him, well he was on parole and told them where he planted a crackrock in my car so he wouldn't "get it so bad" and guess who else went down for possesion cause the stuff was in my car? YEAH, ME.

Well I couldn't afford to bail out of jail (not to mention a competent attourney) so I was left 2 choices... A) Wait a year in jail trying to fight the case... Or B) Plead guilty/no contest and get out next mont. What would you have done under those circumstances? Hell yeah! I wanted out too!

It's a load of crap how it's the poor undercashed person who gets screwed by our "justice system" It's NOT FAIR OJ simpson and Michael jackson both commited haneous crime and were able to buy their way out. Even though I did know the guy most likely had drugs on him I still didn't harm anyone or even come close to it. Why do I have to pay so much? I tell you It's not to set an example cause no one knows how dearly I am paying for giving a "friend" a ride.
