I'm very disappointed in this product

I purchased a Tommee Tippee steraliser for my new grandaughter who's today five months old. After five months make use of the steraliser was put into the stove and upon starting the doorway water was all around the stove along with a pit was within the base of the steraliser. I also observed the prior week the teats of the containers after being within the steraliser began to cave in.

Iam very dissapointed within this item as well as worried as Iam anticipating another grandchild in Goal and also have purchased exactly the same item on her.
