Unlawful child detainment/Kidnapping

Im having a woman that has had CPS in her existence for some time and had a boy, Kevin Daniels, in CPS treatment. I met her and we met up May 10. She'd explained of her scenario and that I had assisted get her kid back. Meanwhile, we'd another kid together called Hannah Rose Daniels, created 12/12/08. I'd assisted my partner, Amanda Daniels, using the scenario and obtaining her kid back and doing exactly what CPS needed her to complete. Kevin was reunified around within our new condo and we continud on dwelling like a household.

June 1st, Amanda and also the kids choose to go out to meet up me in the public library. Kevin, being only one 1/2 years. Old, had gotten fed up with strolling and tripped, bumping his mind and making a bruise on his brow. On June 3rd, the situation employee, Deborah Davis, arrived by on her regular check up and was worried about Kevin and required him from the house. 24 hours. Later, returned and required for all of US to stop Hannah or be imprisoned... No costs of the crime have been created because of insufficient proof of ANY misuse to either kid. Hannah was in excellent wellness, by Kevin he'd some scars on his body that they want to state was due to misuse. There's NO misuse of ANY SORT in my own home!

They WOn't provide us back our kid BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE anything will occur to Hannah also it NEVER has AND NOT may!!! That is what I UNDERSTAND... Not what I BELIEVE, by the things theyare doing. (lacking the precise understanding of Kevinis event by why he was re-arrested)

I've NO legal background of any sort and that I might the same as for my infant to return home. If there's been ANY regulations that were damaged or Constitutional Rights in breach by CPS or Deborah Davis, I'd prefer to document costs AFTER Hannah is back SECURE in her house by which I've offered for all of US.

I really donot understand who otherwise to visit... WE like a household require the aid of the LEGAL JUSTICE PROGRAM to recover what is truly mine!
