No access to digital magazine

I purchase in Nov-10 the electronic membership of Mountain Bike Motion. I will sign in within the firm's site and find out the purchase as "okay" my charge card had been billed but I've no use of any book. I delivered many (~10 e-mails) and also have no verification of these having gotten something. I tried many Computer devices (to prevent a firewall issue) with no achievement possibly in delivering the e-mail.
