Charged for "renewal" after 1st subscription issue!

The corporation had an internet purchasing offer of $5.00 for 6 months of publications. I settled in full and received ONE problem and that I began receiving characters from their store - I dismissed them since I have realized I'd previously compensated ENTIRELY, therefore following the 3rd notice I thought I better start it to determine why these were sending me - perhaps it had been a payment glitch. To my Terror - it had been a statement for $21.37! Stating - "listed here is your restoration statement!!! To begin with, I never requested a renewal, minute of all my membership had only began - therefore, why on the planet might there be considered a "renewal" actually being considered? I'll never purchase out of this organization again - they've no telephone # to actually enter contact with customer support! Just a or road address to deliver snail-mail to. All of this aggrevation is not worth the intended savings you receive.
