Charged for things I did not order and they won't cancel the suscription

I've tried speaking with these folks, to no avail. They stated i purchase these journal and had a-5 year agreement together. What from the has been informed I gained a-1 year membership with a publications, I am being charged monthly and maintain recieving harassing telephone calls. I actually went so far as allowing them to understand I am not spending money on the publications they deliver because of the proven fact that I locate them unpleasant. Tried adjusting the publications, nevertheless maintain recieving the exact same types. I suppose my next thing would be to contact each one of these and let them know how WRS addresses their customers. Rude really rude people
