Subscriptions not arriving

Therefore positioned an order online to get a new membership of National Geographic publications in July for $15. First problem was suppose to reach within the first week of October. After requesting often, via mail, where the-hell my subscribers were, they terminated me. And so I reorder, they claim they're likely to deliver me the impending problems, March and December, and deliver me a statement for $12.50. Here we're Nov, but still no publications. With no credit possibly for that $15 previously billed. Just how long does it try obtain a journal within the email? I bought to Audience's Digest, compensated $10, and obtained November, Oct, and Nov problems a week ago. Since is support!!!
