Being shakedn down by a collection agcy for a mag I never ordered

I've never requested or activated to Reduction Magazine. But I appear to have it anyway. Moves right within the waste. Nowadays I obtained a notice from the variety company (RMCB) that I owe income for my membership. I named the amount about the notice and that I achieved somebody in subscribers for Reduction Publication in India. She explained that she might hold my membership although not stop it since it had been already taken care of by RMCB. She offered me a telephone number for them-which they obviously don't reply. Their outgoing message claims that they are in Co, not Ny. And in addition it claims to not fear, that I am not being billed for something. Must I consider an answering deviceis term for this? That is totally illegitimate. Exactly why isnot anybody doing something about this???
