I received invoice before trial sample copy

I answered an add for a free sample copy, annual buying guide and How to Clean Practically Anything. I have been invoiced before receiving the sample issue. Why should I pay an invoice before receiving the sample issue, much less the free items which were to be included according to my memory.

When I get the sample issue I will pay the invoice.
