I applied for a free sample, and paid for postage, it said that when the product came on the market i would get the offer to buy at half price. They have taken the money from my account. I am on income support and i am now left with no money. When i called they said it was not a free sample it was a trial product. And that i have to pay for it. How can they change it from a free sample to trial product. They are misleading the public. And not interested that i am now left with no money. I asked what i had been charged for and he said the products. And i said nowhere on the invoice is there an individual price for the products. And if i am being charged the invoice should have been itemised and priced. He was not interested.
