Can't cancel

Not able to stop service. I dropped my work and that I had created funds up to that time. Additionally i never obtained the publications i bought to. I had been designed to get 6 or 7 per month and might perhaps get three or four. I submitted final cost with notice to cancel account. They kept billing me. I submitted many more characters detailing that I had been not able to proceed my account but still no body ended the support. I extended to get expenses for around six months then lastly they delivered an email saying i possibly spend $360 to stop today or $800 to carry on you support. Why do I've to pay for 360 t0 stop after I was attempting to stop for six months.
