Examiner.com withholding earned pay

Examiner.com has withheld income I gained being an impartial agreement (author) for them. The total amount due today totals over $6000 for Feb and March funds. After several efforts to atleast be kept informed, they introduced they could be denying my earned pay since my ways of marketing of my posts wasn't inside their conditions of contract.

I never closed any agreement declaring I really could not make use of the way of marketing that I did so. Consequently, I'm owed the cash gained and that I am currently seeking damages.

I've filed grievances with both BBB and also the Colorado State Attorney General's office.
