More irresponsible business practices: TWX, a division of Time Warner, will scam you into long term magazine subscriptions via "thank yous" for completing online surveys. Cancelling the magazine will be next to impossible and will burn many minutes with a hellish electronic voice recognition system. Getting a refund will be next to impossible. These folks should be ashamed of themselves! Hopefully, a consumer advocacy group and government regulator will catch on to this practice, fine the organization royally, and shut them down.
