Unable to speak to a person

We obtained a renewal notice declaring our advertisements could be immediately restored until we approached AT&T by 12/28/09 to create modifications.

I called the amount for Customer Support atleast 8-10 times (800-917-8596), and every time a concept might ask me to enter several after which it'd remove me. I eventually named without getting disconnected and remaining many communications to get a consultant to contact me back, but no body has approached me.

I also posted atleast 6 needs via the web site www.1800GETREAL.com/ExpressRenewal for anyone to contact me, and again I haven’t noticed from the consultant.

After I called 1-877-573-2597, choice 3, watch for repetition to discover workplace is shut, choice 1 provides a concept that I will email to www.atlanta. Customercare@dapco. Bls.com which seems to be an incorrect mail.

Our former consultant no further works for that organization.

I'm not able to talk to any actual individual at AT&T, and created every feasible work and used hours attempting to contact somebody that may assist us, but I'm not able to stop or create modifications to my agreement.
