Requested 2 publications through them. They'd to return my cash on a single journal since I came across it cheaper by myself. Have previously noticed in the journal I activated to by myself. The main one I did so through dotcommags (the identical day) hasn't actually heard about me despite the fact that dotcommags currently charged my charge card. It's been nearly 2 weeks. Customer support with dotcommags isn't any aid and it has an obviously poor attitude.
