Only got 2 issues in a year and a half, can't reach company

I taken care of a-2 year membership in September via PayPal. After getting no problems by March I experimented with contact the organization via telephone fax, e-mail, and snail mail and received no reaction. I subsequently approached the NY state attorney-general's workplace to create a formal complaint. The attorney-general's office researched and finally informed me they likewise were not able to create connection with the organization. Since July I've obtained a great total of 2 problems of the journal (it's today December).
