Never sent what i ordered

I purchased $65 woth of magazines from a "student carrier" in June (to help with his education). I ordered an overpriced subscription to Spin Magazine, and since then I have received 2 issues of Ebony magazine, which I have no use for. I called them but their voice mailbox is full and faxed them twice with no response
