Requested a three-year membership 10/29/07, including 4 past problems.in April I had been informed I'd obtain them using the new problems in May. Never received something, e-mails and telephone communications unanswered. Lastly on 7/14/08 I received word from Curt Walton he could not realize why I did not obtain the 4 problems, which he stated were issues in December, but he'd return my cash within thirty days. No cash - no reactions to my questions about this - nada, zero, nihil.
