I made a subscription order and paid for it in July to HalfPricedMags that was never received. It is a bi-monthly and I did not make my complaint until Jan. which gave plenty of time for it to be processed and within the amount of time to make my request for a full refund according to HalfPricedMags policy. Still in May, I have received no refund and have gotten excuse's from them. I have read that the owner is: Joel Simkhai 41W 72nd Street, 10G, New York, NY 10023 in the comment section. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Illinois for fraud.
