Never received order & extremely poor customer service

The corporation is just a laugh! I requested Throw Journal with one of these fools in March and that I am still awaiting my first problem (present day day is May 5,08). After calling customer support many times, I had been ultimately hung-up on from the boss since she couldn't reply my concerns and essentially explained to carry on awaiting my order to reach. I obtain a complete reimbursement for my purchase since it hasbeen more than 6 weeks that I've taken care of this purchase however Magazine Town will not matter any discounts. I suppose it's greater plan in order for them to have nation-wide grievances heading out against them in the place of giving a $30.00 credit!!! I highly recommend anybody considering using the services of these clowns to consider otherwise.
