Late delivery of ordered magazine

I requested Men's Health on July 5th like a Dad's Day Present from my child by having an anticipated shipping day of 10 -12 weeks max (July 14th - 28th). To-date I'venot obtained something and sent the client support division to pursue this up.

I received a contact back telling me that I really could anticipate supply of the journal middle to late March, which requires the shipping to 20 - 21 months in the day of purchase. On the site the text staes " When The journal writes bi monthly or regular, bill of one's first problem might take so long as five to twelve months to begin". I've requested to get a reimbursement but was educated that the reimbursement needs to be required within 48-hours of purchase and that I was educated the running interval for this book is 10 - 12 months and also the publications are described 3 -4 weeks ahead of time.
