Fraud and sweepstake scam!

Informed my mom she "gained" a contest" - actually find the publications on her! Obviously, a membership was a "situation" of earning... Guides contain Good Housekeeping, Daily with Rachel Ray, Body and Spirit, Best Life, Characteristic. Never actually heard about several of those plus they understand full well what's happening... GH called me back again to these con artists. Bill, an extremely wonderful, as in snake charming guy, hung-up on me after I attempted to stop, named my mom a liar and would "reduce us a" for just one year. Why are not these criminals being ceased?
