Magazine subscription for which I paid them, but never received!

Under their former title, Trinity Publicrelations, LLC, among their sellers offered me a journal subscription to GIRLS'S PHYSICAL FITNESS. Their workplace was in New York subsequently; however they were trashed of this condition, then visited SC, and exposed their "company" underneath the title of Seedtime Guides, LLC. I approached them many times to get a year, requesting the journal to become shipped, or perhaps a reimbursement of $34. They repeatedly explained it'd be shipped. The final moment I attempted to get hold of them, I'd to monitor them right down to their existing mailing address. I eventually talked together about the telephone at that area, where period they explained these were not Trinity Publicrelations, LLC. Nevertheless when I told them I understood who they'd been, who they were, and wherever they were; and that I desired that journal or perhaps a reimbursement, the telephone representative. Explained her boss might return my phone. They never did. I approached, and also have been speaking with, the Greater Business Bureau of the Southern Piedmont (Charlotte, NC). After many attempts to assist me, they ultimately THREW IN THE TOWEL! Why have better business agencies when they cannot assist us residents who've been conned...
