Fraudulent contracts!

I've noticed, and am one, that after obtaining the annual telephone call from Dex for orange guide marketing and informing them you did not wish to accomplish it again, they place you by any means, bill you and let you know about some mystical 10-page agreement that's not authorized which you accept proceed in constantly if you don't create a notice and make certain it would go to the best tackle. I've noticed there are lots of and am thinking when there is a-class action suit to prevent this.
