Below is just a content of my communication with Greater Homes & Gardens. I purchased a back-issue of 1 of the publications via their site for my boy's room. We were thinking about buying or building the mattress with construct in racks. The journal delivered didn't possess the info. I delivered an answer as given below and talked to some repetition via the membership point, who can offer no more contact numbers (nevertheless, was type about the telephone-unlike the client support for that mail answers.) Up to now, I've not had any more information from BHG. Our experience is the fact that the client base is really big they believe it's of reduced significance to answer anything so little like a request info regarding a purchase.

Our thought is: "what might the marketers who market items outlined within their decorating websites think about the truth that a customer desired to purchase and was taken down?" Please post this for additional BHG customers to consider twice before reviving the journal.

Our first mail in March for you didn't undergo because of a mistake on my component (disappointment.)

The info instantly ripped up after I visited about the space website and confirmed me your order form. It got up as "this space taxi present in this problem" and outlined the total amount. I adopted your on line instructions and purchased the rear problem.

Have you been likely to provide me using the info for that MOD SPACE or have you been more concerned about whether I'm requesting a reimbursement? I will actually state that the reaction under has me less passionate with investing in a membership or actually worrying with BHG again.

Never mind: I'll deliver the journal in the initial container. Please place a reimbursement my charge card. I'll deliver it authorized email& in case it gets lost. I'll not trouble you by having an inquiry into all of your services or products again.
