Unrequested Magazine Subscriptions Continue and No Refund Given

Talked to P.S.S. #356 rep. many times to cancel an unrequested subscription to Motor Trend & Road & Track magazines. The rep. says "it will be taken care of sir", and what happens is they send me yet another unrequested subscription. They have me subscribed years ahead and they have charged my credit card. I've tried repeated requests, all with no cancelation of subscriptions or refund of charges. Now their telephone does not answer.
